We love meeting new clients and their animal companions. Our aim is to deliver a pleasant and comfortable experience for you and your pet on your first visit. We hope to use this as a stepping stone for getting to know you and your pet better, so we can deliver personalized care for them at this first visit and every visit after.

Your First Visit

We ask that new clients arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete the required paperwork for your pet. Additionally, make sure to bring your pet to our animal hospital on a leash or in a proper carrier. This is to ensure their comfort and safety, as well as that of any other patients in the vicinity. We also ask that you bring along any medical records from your pet’s previous veterinarian if applicable, and any medications they are currently taking.

For your pet’s first visit, their veterinarian will conduct a full examination, and administer any vaccinations they require. We encourage you to ask questions and talk to us about any health or behavior concerns you have about your pet. We look forward to seeing you soon!
